This tablet version of magnesium delivers more potency in less pills and is completely vegetarian and vegan. Many brands blend other mineral forms such as citrate or oxide with their Bisglycinate mineral form to increase their elemental mineral content. But, this can lower effectiveness. NOW® provides only the bisglycinate form.
