Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-02) 200 Million CFU
Bifidobacterium longum (Bl-05) 200 Million CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04) 200 Million CFU
Streptococcus thermophilus (St-21) 400 Million CFU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), FOS (fructooligosaccharides), Ascorbic Acid, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
