Sundried Tomato Herbed Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 box Quinoa Penne Pasta, Organic
1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon fresh sage
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic

Pasta lovers who are sensitive to gluten will truly appreciate this recipe thanks to our gluten-free quinoa penne pasta, which we combine with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, sage and more to create a simple but hearty pasta dish that will please even the most finicky eaters.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add gluten-free penne pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. While pasta is cooking, place sundried tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper in a blender.
  4. Pulse until ingredients begin to combine, then slowly pour in organic olive oil while continuing to blend.
  5. Blend until thick paste is formed.
  6. Drain pasta and toss with sundried tomato sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
