1 ounce
Amber Glass Bottles with Dropper, Six 1 oz. Empty
1 ounce
Jojoba Oil
or other carrier oil of choice
4 drops
Cedarwood Oil
4 drops
Basil Oil
8 drops
Spike Lavender Oil
8 drops
Chamomile Oil

It doesn’t get any easier than this tried-and-true massage oil, perfect for unwinding and taking the edge off after a workout. All you need is NOW® Solutions Jojoba Oil and Cedarwood, Basil, Spike Lavender, and Chamomile essential oils for a soothing, natural, post-workout massage oil.

  1. In your clean, empty spray bottle, add in NOW® Solutions Jojoba Oil or the carrier oil of your choice halfway.
  2. Add in your NOW essential oil.
  3. Fill the remainder of the bottle with your carrier oil.
  4. Tightly adhere your lid and then swirl the ingredients together.

To Use:  Before each use, shake bottle well. Drip oil blend on any sore areas needing massage, and massage away.

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to skin.  For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes.
