Post Workout Muscle Massage Blend

INGREDIENTS

If temporary soreness after exercise is a constant for you, give this post-workout muscle massage blend a try. Jojoba and almond oils both help to soften your skin while our soothing essential oil blend goes to work on tired, achy muscles. Sweet relief!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add essential oils to jojoba or almond oil.
  2. Gently massage muscles after your workout session.

Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. For adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
